When will it arrive?
We pack it in 1-2 business days. US delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after that, tracked, and you see the dates before you pay. Shipping is free over €79. Order by Nov 30 for Christmas delivery in the US.
Returns?
30 nights from delivery. Send it back in its original condition and we refund you. Return shipping is on you, and we say so here instead of in small print. If it arrives broken, a photo is enough and we send a new one.
Can I mix pals for the 2 and 3 price?
Yes. Any 2 pals are $10 off, any 3 are $30 off: Kip, Ollie, Bea and Pip, any colors. The discount shows in the cart.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Switch on Gift box + note in the cart and write the note there; it’s free with 2 or more pals. Switch on “Hide prices on the packing slip” and the paper in the box shows no prices.
What if it stops breathing?
If the breathing module stops in the first year, send us a photo or a short video at hello@hushpals.com. We ship a new one. You don’t need to send the old one back.
Is it an anxiety koala?
It’s a plush, not a treatment, and we won’t tell you it fixes anything. People call these anxiety koalas or relief koalas. It’s just easier to slow down with something breathing next to you.
Safe use, in plain words.
- Ages 3+. Not for cribs. A bedtime buddy for kids 3 and up, and for grown-ups.
- Under 12 months Near the crib, never inside it.
- An adult takes the module out It sits in a pocket in the back. Kids leave it to you.
- Washing Module out first, then hand-wash the plush and let it air-dry.
